Also shown the endemic and rare Sand Daffodil that in Gozo it only grows in the sand dunes of Ramla. This could be destroyed soon due to possible real estate development in the area. Gozo fruit trees such as figs, apples, pomegranates, bananas and their produce in San Blas valley in Nadur which are irrigated by fresh all year round from the Nadur fresh water springs. Some strawberries and capers can be seen as well. Capers are picked and pickled in vinegar and salt.

The beautiful and serene Dahlet Qorrot bay. In the background you can see Torri Ta Sopu in Nadur. Walking towards Qala you will find the early 1900 quarries used to cut boulders for the Grand Harbour in Malta. The area is full fossils millions of years old. The Qala quarries are slowing approaching to these sites.
